What is the location of the Keyholder position?
The Keyholder position is based out of our Value Buds, Shepard Regional location in Calgary, AB.
What are the main responsibilities of a Keyholder?
Keyholders are responsible for greeting customers, educating them about cannabis products, participating in merchandising, maintaining store cleanliness, completing transactions, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
What experience is required for this position?
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, 2 years of retail and/or hospitality experience, and experience in cannabis, liquor, or healthcare is preferred.
Is a specific certification required for this role?
Yes, candidates must have a valid Sellsafe & QCW certification and must complete and pass a Criminal Record Check.
What are the working hours for the Keyholder position?
Working hours will vary according to store needs; however, specific hours will be discussed during the interview process.
Do I need to be of a certain age to apply?
Yes, applicants must be 19 years of age or older.
Is previous cannabis experience necessary for this role?
While cannabis experience is preferred, it is not strictly necessary. What matters most is a willingness to learn and engage with customers.
