Mission & Purpose

Brook was set up twelve years ago and born out of a once off request to run a BBQ event on behalf of a client! We are now primarily a food service business although we still manage some very impressive events on behalf of some long-standing clients. We believe your employee restaurant should be much more than just somewhere you go to sustain your existence while at work. Sure, it has a functional purpose, but we believe it should be much more than that. We love to create workspace restaurant experiences which help people connect with each other, talk, laugh and decompress. We work hard at challenging people’s perceptions of what a workspace restaurant should look and feel like. We pride ourselves on the quality of our food. All of our produce is sourced locally and prepared freshly on site. We meet with our suppliers to ensure that quality and taste is consistently the very best. We use healthier cooking methods, healthier oils and we ensure that low-fat alternatives are used where appropriate. Also, our menus are tailored to suit all dietary requirements, whilst still offering healthy and tasty options at a competitive price. At the moment, we manage 28 different employee restaurants across a variety of industries in addition to a few very impressive client events. These events include: •The Rose of Tralee •Cork Chamber Gala •The Lord Mayor’s Ball Brook Foods is seen as an excellent example of how ‘you don’t have to be the biggest company to be the best’. We are resourced to support our clients and we bring a flexibility that can only come from a progressive owner managed business.
