Responsibilities

  • Monitoring developments: Anticipating and monitoring developments in relevant law and procedure, and assisting the practice to prepare itself and its clients to deal with these developments
  • Client-facing publications: Drafting posts for our blog, and other ad hoc articles or briefings, which provide high quality analysis and insights into new legal developments and help maintain the profile of our market-leading CRT practice
  • Client training: Preparing, co-ordinating and/or presenting client training on developments in law and practice and/or appropriate skills training
  • Technical queries: Dealing with technical queries from fee earners at all levels both within the CRT group and from across the firm
  • Internal training: Presenting internal training as needed.
