Responsibilities

  • We’re looking for a lawyer to join Immediate’s legal team. You’ll be part of a dynamic, friendly legal team advising our fast-paced and agile business. You’ll be carrying out high-quality work with the support of your colleagues, and advising on matters including commercial and contract law, intellectual property, technology, digital, data and corporate matters. The work will be broad and will include negotiating talent contracts, advising on brand protection, reviewing software licences and drafting T&Cs.
  • You will work with the team to ensure that the legal function is a key business partner, delivering pragmatic, solution-led and commercially-focused legal advice to realise the company’s strategic goals whilst fostering Immediate’s culture and values.
  • This role would suit a junior lawyer who enjoys a fast-paced environment and the opportunity to develop new skills. We recognise that the varied nature of our work means that some elements will be new to you at this early stage in your career. However, you will be well-supported and given the opportunity to learn, develop, carry out great work and thrive at Immediate.
