  • Have a sound understanding and broad experience of real estate transactions, whether real estate joint ventures, housing, development, portfolio management and/or funding, and the curiosity to be involved in new and innovative transactions in these areas.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver specialist and insightful advice primarily to Lloyds Living and Housing Growth Partnership.
  • Work closely with others in the team and report to the Head of Legal of SAML.
  • Learn about and work with other members of the team in the areas they support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Legal & Secretariat on strategic initiatives in support of the wider team.
  • Build great customer outcomes in collaboration with the business areas.
  • Provide sound and commercial legal advice.
  • Work well both as an individual and in groups.
