Responsibilities

  • Under high level guidance, provides comprehensive analytical support for the design and administration of executive and / or broad-based compensation programs, position evaluations, salary recommendations, and other department projects and initiatives.
  • Serves in a team lead capacity in salary submission efforts and benchmarking, coordinates job descriptions, prepares market data reports, and analyzes trends for management review and consideration. May oversee other team members in the completion of assigned surveys.
  • Identifies improvements and leads changes to functional and cross functional work processes to optimize client satisfaction, speed of delivery and overall business performance through stakeholder engagement.
  • Supports the compensation related End of Year process including participating in project planning, financial projections, communications, system related activities, etc. to ensure a smooth process for leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Leads the development and delivery of compensation related training to various stakeholders.
  • May lead the work of peers on projects or provide oversight and training to less experienced staff.
