  • Help clients decide between multiple configuration options and suggest process optimisation and improvement solutions
  • Collaborate with other functional and technical consultants to configure Business Central to fit customer needs
  • Prepare training materials and deliver training to the client's key users and end users
  • Write test scripts and support customers during the UAT and Go Live activities
  • Collaborate with engagement managers to deliver high-quality projects
