Responsibilities

  • You will oversee the Design process and delivery of value to stakeholders for projects or products
  • Lead or contribute directly to activities as required: Persona creation, Research, Competitive Analysis, Journey Mapping, Co-Creation, Wireframe and High-fidelity designs, User Testing
  • Collect qualitative and quantitative research and present findings
  • Deliver consistent look and feel and interaction patterns both within a product family and across a product portfolio, and perform Design Reviews
  • Collaborate with Product, IT, business, and cross-functional team members to solve user needs
  • Contribute to maintenance of the Design System including enterprise component management
  • Advocate for usability, design and innovation within the organization
  • Mentor and guide Senior Designers, Designers, Junior Designers, and/or Interns (where applicable)
