Responsibilities

  • Design graphic projects from concept to brand development, implementing a seamless creative process, right through to project completion
  • Designing visually engaging assets to be used across global campaigns and initiatives
  • Creating custom graphics as per the requirements of the wider organisation
  • Collaborating with team members and clients to understand their needs and develop design assets that effectively communicate their message
  • Incorporating branding guidelines and ensuring consistency across all design assets
  • Staying current with the latest design trends and incorporating them into all projects, with an interest in AI and the future of design
  • Deliver all assets in a clear high-quality format
  • Bring the Synechron brand to life across a range of media, including website, communications, social media, physical spaces, digital
  • Create compelling outputs that align to the Synechron vision and align to the theme or guidelines of the brand
  • Provide flexibility in working on multiple project briefs at once maintaining high quality outputs
