Responsibilities

  • Support the HR strategy for the business, through serving as an HR advisor, partnering with key stakeholders, and delivering high-quality HR initiatives and processes to the business.
  • Support and partner with HR colleagues across geographies, partnering with and providing consultative support to senior management and employee population with an emphasis on local site leadership.
  • Significant focus on integration, culture, organizational design, development, and change management; incumbent should be well versed in these principles.
  • Support HR team in implementing function HR plans and programs (e.g., talent review & planning, annual compensation review, performance management, listening mechanisms).
  • Drive HR initiatives that support business strategies.
  • Provide Talent Management & Development support for key talent strategies within the MPT organization.
  • Partner with key stakeholders both within and across respective businesses.
  • Partner with Managers and Employees to cultivate best place to work culture.
  • Engage with functional COEs to champion and implement enterprise-wide processes.
  • Provide mentorship and support to Managers around key hiring and headcount related activities.

  • Support manager efficiency actions, mentor, and monthly A.C.E check-ins.
  • Lead annual compensation activities.
  • Recommend and drive improvement to HR systems, policies, and processes (e.g., ongoing coordination with COEs on initiatives and communications).
  • Support employees and managers, as needed, regarding HR matters (e.g., employee relations, topics escalated beyond HR Central).
  • Partner and liaise with functional COE members to resolve HR matters.
  • Point liaison regarding HR operations matters (e.g., processing HR actions, drafting content, off-boarding processes).
  • Point liaison to lead employee-related data (e.g., extract data reports, apply foundational analysis, crbuildata files).
  • Lead various employee data audits (e.g., funding entity, training courses).
  • Maintain measurement systems and analyze data to figure out the impact of HR programs. Makes recommendations to management based upon analysis.
  • Work independently to resolve straightforward HR matters. As well as help resolve moderately complex HR matters.
  • Recommend and drive improvement to HR systems, policies and processes.
