Responsibilities

  • Provide support on immigration issues to internal and external immigration stakeholders across all business areas
  • Ensure that immigration data is maintained with a high degree of timeliness and accuracy, conduct periodic audits and reviews, and work on periodic reporting
  • Work with Law Firm and foreign nationals on Request for Evidence (RFE) and ensure that all the checklist items are provided to the Law Firm in a timely manner
  • Provide outstanding support to employee and internal stakeholder inquiries around processes, policy, and issues related to Internal Movement and Global Mobility
  • Manage inbound employee inquiries, identify needs, process necessary transactions and escalate issues or re-assign inquiry, as required
  • Responsible for I-9 compliance, including maintaining tracker of all international and domestic cases
  • Define success metrics and inspection mechanisms to audit mobility programs
  • Partner with the Talent Team on internal communications to ensure understanding of policies and processes
  • Tracks and interprets laws or regulations impacting the business, and offers suggestions to functional managers seeking to ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners and stakeholders to support various programs, processes or initiatives
  • Own project management of the biannual LEK swap program, which enables US staff to swap to other LEK offices globally. This includes internal process management, interfacing with staff, coordinating with global HR teams to confirm swap opportunities, manage contracts, travel, and visa logistics for all US swap candidates
