Requirements

  • Many years of relevant professional and deep working experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information or interaction design, communication design or studies in a comparable subject.
  • A broad and comprehensive knowledge in user experience and user interface design supported by a portfolio of case studies (please provide this).
  • Previous experience in designing complicated enterprise-level workflows.
  • Expertise in the following applications: Figma, Adobe Creative, Cloud, Axure.

  • Lead and mentor a project team through the discovery, design, development and delivery processes while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Run workshop/walkthrough sessions using Design Sprint and Design Thinking methodologies.
  • Perform project specific design reviews using accepted heuristics.
  • Constantly push for a user-centred approach while delivering to business requirements.
  • Design user-friendly, accessible, best practice and pixel-perfect mobile-first applications for web and devices (iOS, Android, responsive web and WCAG 2.2 AA standards).
  • Work with development to review and deliver applications.
