  • Monitor dates and maintain agency communication through product development, release cadence, and support
  • Facilitate communication between departments for Sport Pulse fixture, hardware, and support needs
  • Continuously work to refine integration into the seasonal code calendar
  • Build actionable and trackable work streams for complex programs within digital experiences and signature services
  • Support continuous best in class training for geo partners
  • Create processes that support digital, signature service and omni channel marketing directives for Geos to serve consumers across the marketplace
  • Project Manage multiple workstreams at one-time & provide detailed project tracking reports that identify key deliverables and timelines
  • Manage vendor relationships and budget
  • Partner with cross functional teams to drive dates and gates, to deliver on time & within budget
  • Manage distribution of deliverables to Geos, Geo communications, touch points, Global / Geo feedback sessions and postmortem conversations
  • Update Retail Marketing priority projects project tracker and create workback schedules
  • Manage purchasing process by opening PO's, submitting contracts for Nike Legal, and partnering with Procurement, when needed
  • Drive cross functional alignment and communication with partners
