Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Director, Leadership Development to create, execute and evaluate a comprehensive leadership development strategy that is aligned with IU Health's strategic goals and aims to promote a high-performing organizational culture.
  • Serve as liaison for Learning & Development for a Region or HR Center of Excellence.
  • Represent the Leadership Development Team in cross-functional collaborations and organizational initiatives.
  • Designing, delivering, and overseeing leadership development programs to attract and grow a diverse leadership pipeline and prepare our future leaders.
  • Manage all operational elements of leadership programs, such as project management, resource allocation, communication, vendor management, budgeting and logistics.
  • Collaborating closely with leadership and HR teams to identify leadership development needs across the organization and recommend solutions.
  • Partner with other learning and development team members to ensure effective design and delivery for leadership development initiatives.
  • Establish assessment strategies that measure program effectiveness and impact and continuously improving the programs.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders, guiding their growth and development.
