A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with a minimum of 5 years of experience in coaching and leading CI projects, at least 10 years of experience in continuous improvement (preferably in the energy or engineering sector), proven experience in leading global programs, and a university degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
