  • You will manage aspects of the daily operations of the Learning & Development team within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You focus on guiding the development of employees by participating in the assessment, design, development, and implementation of learning solutions, and through reporting, analytics, and technology to enhance learning outcomes and drive continuous improvement. You will also mentor and train team members to ensure a high level of service and partnership with clients and important partners. You will report into the Life Optimization Senior Director.
  • Supervise and support team members to enhance performance and engagement, providing coaching and development opportunities
  • Support in the design and delivery of learning solutions to meet departmental needs, ensuring agreement on established standards.
  • Review and evaluate learning solution effectiveness to ensure quality and adherence to department standards.
  • Manage resource capacity to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and align with departmental priorities.
