Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deliver scalable learning on core consulting, sales, leadership, and management programs in both face to face and virtual interaction
  • Continually assess, review, and evolve existing programs, aligning and adapting to business strategy
  • Proactively resolve project, design, or resource issues
  • Provide outstanding program/project management support
  • Foster an environment of blended learning using the LMS, video, and learning libraries
  • Foster an environment of social learning using lunch and learns, hack-a-thons, Virtual interactive tooling, and other platforms
  • Measure training effectiveness and produce analytics to inform program evolution
  • Manage external vendor relationships
  • Facilitate instructor-led, face to face and virtual soft skill trainings
