Responsibilities

  • As a “Learning Business Partner”, you will define and deliver the Learning Development Plan and work closely with deployment partners. You will support the team in the design, the conception of learning solution and the catalogue maintenance trans domain. You will perform your activities in alignment with Business and HR strategy by involving all stakeholders in the area of responsibility. You will be the grant of active learning pedagogical approach.
  • Design & develop new learning solutions from Business needs, respecting our project management standards and commitments. Support and advise Academies to find most efficient Learning & KM solutions. Ensure operational delivery feasibility and maintain the learning offer effectiveness, quality and performance. Provide any opportunity to streamline and digitalize the Learning offer in perspective of performance and effectiveness. Support the change and innovation initiatives within the organization.
  • Ensure Business proximity and gather learning needs and priorities. Capture business constraints, assess feasibility and lead deployment of learning plans with different stakeholders, propose solutions based on Expert knowledge of processes and Supply Chain. Manage sub-contractor for training sessions’ logistics organization. Monitor Deployment performance through relevant KPIs and risk management, lead actions to improve and optimize training deployment.
  • Based on a deep understanding of business priorities and constraints, build & deliver Learning & KM plans addressing critical business needs balancing business constraints and optimization targets (cost and capacity).
