Responsibilities

Coordinate seamless training initiatives for groups of 30 to 200 employees to optimize the new hire and associate learning journey for a smooth and enriching experience
Collaborate with presenters and trainers to prepare training materials, including creating schedules across different time zones
Work with the global L&D team to audit existing training curricula (in-person and digital) and identify areas of improvement. The process might include:
Constantly improve and innovate Learning & Development programming by analyzing participant feedback, measuring learning outcomes, researching industry best practices, and endeavoring to make sessions application-based to yield behavior change
Manage internal communications related to Learning & Development
Manage vendor selection, onboarding, and coordination for post-training events, overseeing all logistics for successful execution
