Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to faculty to convert curricula into the proper format for e-learning platforms that is conducive to quality education.
  • Provide technology expertise to faculty and staff related to posting, maintaining, linking, structuring, managing and updating content on the applicable Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Ensure compliance with AFIT's LMS template if applicable.
  • Provide faculty with help and assistance in establishing and troubleshooting problems with student LMS accounts.
  • Interface and work with LMS support individuals within other schools and Air University.
  • Coordinate software updates and installation of all e-Learning software on school computers and tablets, maintain software license listings, renewal schedules and costs, update the school software license database and prepare for internal audits.
