Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the team and colleagues across the business to deliver business learning priorities
  • Act as strong change agents, encouraging YBS to adopt creative and new learning approaches when these are believed to deliver the best outcome
  • Follow an agreed standardized approach to their work
  • Support the L&D team with admin based responsibilities to enable effective learning to happen, understand the outcomes and provide MI to the business as required
