The primary role of the Leave Administration Coordinator is to provide excellent customer service to clients' employees regarding all aspects of absence management, handling various types of employee leaves of absence.
What types of leaves will the coordinator be managing?
The coordinator will manage FMLA, ADA, State leaves, Unpaid company leaves, and USERRA, as well as act as a liaison between clients and their STD/LTD vendor.
Is previous experience in absence management required for this position?
Yes, one or more years of professional experience in absence management is required for this position.
What educational qualifications are preferred for the Leave Administration Coordinator role?
A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred for this position.
