Requirements

  • 3+ years of Leave Consulting and/or Leave Administration experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept to implementation and concisely communicate complex information
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills desired. HRIS experience is a plus
  • Strong vendor management, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Support vendor relationships to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant administration of assigned Leave programs
  • Communicate with employees and provide timely follow-up to ensure understanding of leave implications (pay, benefits, return to work)
  • Execute changes in HRIS system and coordinate with applicable departments
  • Interprets and administers leave programs and policies in accordance with applicable federal and state laws (FMLA, ADA, ADAAA, USERRA, Pregnancy Discrimination Act, etc.)
  • Create or manage reporting delivery and accuracy for assigned programs such as equity vesting delay report, quarterly performance LOA list report, auditing payroll and salary finance validations. Audit existing plans and programs to ensure compliance and update as legislative requirements are updated
  • Use thorough understanding of plan design and administrative procedures to drive constant improvement and improved accuracy
  • Constantly evaluate current practices to find better ways to get the job done, innovative ways to solve problems, and employ a scrappy/hands-on approach to Leave management
