  • To be considered for this role we would love you to have a legal qualification, in addition to:
  • Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint. Capability in Power BI and Power Automate would be advantageous.
  • Ability to effectively influence and manage key stakeholders.
  • Working with a high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to initiate processes and procedures to aid work and diary management.
  • A willingness to undertake a variety of work from a number of team members with diverse portfolios of work.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and submitting applications to Department for Energy Security and Net Zero.
  • Creating and managing Teams, SharePoint and external sites, including Power BI reports, use of Power Automate, and opening, updating and closing of files.
  • Managing post, documents, arranging engrossments, sealing, scanning and the digital storage of key documents.
  • Managing user access to various IT systems.
  • Preparation and production of management reports, Powerpoint slides, presentations and documents.
