Responsibilities

  • Supporting and coordinating training plans for the Legal Services team and wider business including liaison with external professional services firms.
  • Supporting the preparation, management and delivery of the quarterly Legal Service Business Meetings.
  • Provide high-quality service in all communications with internal and external clients.
  • Arranging and coordinating venues, catering and minutes for other meetings and events.
  • Assist with internal and external enquiries within your role requirements.
  • Maintain accurate paper and computer-based records.
  • Produce documents and presentations to specification using a variety of media.
  • Maintain established paper and computer-based filing systems.
  • Timely booking and preparation of meeting rooms and hot desks.
  • Booking travel/accommodation for the Legal Services team.
  • Work in accordance with established processes and procedures.
  • Report to and feedback to your line manager on the progress of tasks.
