Responsibilities

  • Participate fully in the daily activities of the Cashiers team
  • Post disbursement recharges and handle supplier uploads and third-party invoices
  • Prepare payments for the firm, including Partners drawings and Counsel fees
  • Conduct disbursement and Counsel fee note reconciliations
  • Cover for other Cashiers as needed, managing Client account receipts and payments
  • Address various ad hoc cashiering queries as assigned
  • Post credits from Overseas offices and liaise with banks
  • Perform month and year-end procedures and reconciliations
  • Support other Finance team members during busy periods
  • Handle internal and external queries efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with internal cashiering regulations and SAR
