Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in asset finance/commercial and contract related matters
  • Assist across a broad range of work from a legal stance working closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including electric vehicle manufacturers and electric vehicle operators
  • Confidently manage general commercial legal related aspects of the business
  • Drafting and review of a wide range of commercial contracts such as LOIs, vehicle purchase agreements, maintenance agreements, EV charger supply and warranty agreements, operation & maintenance agreements and service agreements
  • Providing advice to internal and external stakeholders on key issues that may impact the business and operations – e.g. corporate governance, regulatory matters, data protection issues
  • General day to day advice on key risk and legal issues
  • Support General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel when required
  • Actively contribute to Zenobe's commitment to health and safety, wellbeing and sustainability by; integrating these principles into daily responsibilities, ensuring a safe and supportive work environment, promoting both the physical and mental health of self and colleagues, and adopting sustainable and energy-efficient practices to minimize environmental impact.
