What qualifications or experience are preferred for this role?
Strong dispute resolution skills, in-depth contentious experience, ideally with intellectual property (copyright) training, and excellent communication and negotiation skills are preferred for this role.
What kinds of cases will I be managing in this position?
You will be managing cases against pirate services, including private criminal prosecutions and novel court applications related to piracy, as well as general commercial litigation cases.
