Responsibilities

  • Providing legal support for the (i) acquisition and sale of betting rights, (ii) OpenBet suite of products and services and (iii) other matters ancillary to the betting business;
  • Support compliance team with EMEA region regulatory investigations and filings;
  • Pro-actively working with the legal team (London and International colleagues) to ensure that best practice and knowledge is understood, shared and utilised amongst the team;
  • Liaise with the business so that commercial, pragmatic and salient advice and guidance on business opportunities can be followed at all times;
  • Advise on contractual terms that impact regulatory compliance;
  • Assisting with new projects as and when appropriate;
  • Work with compliance team to administer corporate compliance programs, including Code of Conduct, Gifts & Hospitality, Whistleblower, and other governing policies.
