Responsibilities

  • Receive review requests, analyse requirements and determine required action.
  • Create contracts utilising existing templates, combine with appropriate exhibits, finalise and coordinate for execution.
  • Review and negotiate legal contracts, including but not limited to Employer/Architect agreements, consultant agreements, collateral warranties, vendor agreements and non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements
  • Coordinate with CLO, legal department and outside counsel as necessary.
  • Serve as a resource to varying levels of staff by advising on processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Office Leaders and Marketing department to review legal language and appropriately respond to information requests in RFQs and RFPs.
  • Coordinate with external counsel on international corporate registrations, requirements and compliance
  • Assist CLO with claim management.
  • Advise on international employment matters
  • Assist firm with special initiatives and projects which may at times be confidential in nature.
  • Oversight of Risk Management training for the region, in collaboration with Learning and Development.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as determined by CLO.
