  • A Diploma or equivalent law qualification from an accredited institution with experience within a legal role.
  • A Proven track record of assisting on and managing legal projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders coupled with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in legal research and analysis with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Supporting and managing various tasks and projects on behalf the global legal team, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
  • Legal Compliance: Supporting and assisting the Global Legal leaders with the company’s compliance with international laws and regulations, including corporate governance, data protection, and intellectual property.
  • Contract Management: Assisting with negotiations, draft, and review contracts and agreements with global partners, clients, and vendors.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and researching to mitigate legal risks associated with the company’s operations.
  • Project Management: Supporting and managing cross-functional legal projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
