  • We're looking for a Senior Personal Assistant who is a problem solver, uses their initiative and has a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative; Extensive diary and inbox management, travel arrangements and document production. Experience of using iManage/Worksite or similar is essential.

  • Compliance; new matter opening and supporting internal teams on conflict management.
  • As part of a wider team, you will be also have the opportunity to assist other PA's and work collaboratively with the business services team at the firm on all matters.
