Do we support remote work?
Yes, we support a hybrid working arrangement with 2 or 3 days working from the office and 2 or 3 days from home.
What kind of tasks will I be responsible for as a Legal Support Assistant?
You will be responsible for processing instructions for new matters, adhering to service levels, ensuring timely file openings to meet court deadlines, accurately entering data onto a centralised system, and maintaining electronic files in line with business requirements.
What skills are essential for this role?
Essential skills include basic to intermediate IT and keyboard skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, excellent administration and organisational skills, and the ability to work to set deadlines and service levels.
Are there any desirable skills for this position?
Yes, desirable skills include a good team spirit with proven teamwork skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Where can this position be based?
This position can be based in either our Glasgow or Edinburgh office.
