Responsibilities

  • Auf Basis der Erkenntnisse aus den aktuariellen Analysen lieferst du wertvolle Inputs, die positiv auf das Geschäft einzahlen
  • Du verantwortest die Berechnung und Überwachung der versicherungstechnischen Reserven für das Lebensversicherungsgeschäft gemäss den verschiedenen Rechnungslegungsstandars (OR, IFRS und MVBS, Solvency II)
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Implementation der für die Berechnung notwendigen Modelle, für die Festlegung der Annahmen und Parameter sowie die Optimierung der dazugehörigen Prozesse
  • Du verantwortest die Durchführung der aktuariellen Berichterstattung an die Gruppe und die Aufsichtsbehörden
  • Du leitest das Performance-Management für das Lebensversicherungsgeschäft, d.h. du hinterfragst den Geschäftsverlauf sowie identifizierst Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung des Geschäfts
  • Du stellt die Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Schnittstellen im Haus sicher (insbesondere Business Partnering mit Fachbereichen, Risk Management und Investment Management)
