Responsibilities

  • Als Leiter Qualifizierung/ Validierung (m/w/d) managst du die Durchführung von Qualifizierungen (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) von Anlagen und Räumen sowie die Validierungen von computergeschützten Systemen gemäß den pharmazeutischen Anforderungen nach GxP und unterstützt tatkräftig.
  • Du überwachst Qualitätsereignisse, die im Rahmen von Qualifizierungen und Validierungen auftreten und treibst diese innerhalb funktionsübergreifender Teams voran (Abweichungen, CAPAs und Changes).
  • Du gestaltest Prozesse zur Überwachung von Qualifizierungsstati und Periodic Reviews.
  • Die GxP-gerechte Dokumentation ist ebenfalls ein wichtiger Bestandteil deiner Aufgaben.
  • Du coachst und motivierst deine Teammitglieder und stellst ihre persönliche Weiterentwicklung sicher.
  • Du betreust externe Dienstleister und Behörden und wirkst pro-aktiv in Audits mit.
