Responsibilities

  • In dieser Rolle steuerst du das operative Servicegeschäft in Deutschland und wirst dabei von zwei Technikern unterstützt. Du bist der zentrale Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden in allen technischen Belangen rund um unsere mechatronischen Produkte. Dabei berichtest du direkt an den Niederlassungsleiter in Hamburg.
  • Erstellung von Angeboten sowie Durchführung von Supporteinsätzen, Reparaturen und Produktschulungen.
  • Unterstützung des Außendienstes und unserer Fachhändler bei der Projektierung von Zutrittskontrollanlagen.
  • Technischer Support per TeamViewer bei der Installation und Bedienung unserer Schließanlagenverwaltungssoftware.
  • Installation und Verwaltung von MS Access- und MS SQL-Server-Datenbanken.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den technischen Teams unserer Lieferanten in der Schweiz und Spanien.
