Develop an in-depth knowledge of LexisNexis Canada legal research services and available content
Provide legal research and academic support for students and faculty – regular library hours in a designated area (if on campus), on social media and email, in-person and virtual office hours (e.g. – Zoom, Teams)
Cultivate relationships with librarians and faculty members and check in regularly to seek out training opportunities.
Generate weekly social media engagement at your law school - posting on Facebook and Instagram pages, promoting/sharing events and contests, assisting LNC with development of content, inviting students to STAR Rewards etc.
Communicate and initiate conversations with student groups (law students’ associations, Career Office, Legal Aid Clinics, moot competitions etc.) to promote LexisNexis and LexisNexis services and identify sponsorship or training opportunities
Assist LexisNexis with on-campus and virtual training sessions, sponsored events and promotions
Grow the STAR Rewards Program by engaging with students and informing them of monthly offers and contests.Identify needs, gaps and competitive information about online legal researchProvide feedback and answers to LexisNexis regarding upcoming activities and strategies (identifying key dates and information related to your law school’s calendar of events, curriculum, courses etc.).
