We are seeking individuals with a 2.1 degree in any subject, strong analytical and communication skills, high energy and commitment levels, excellent IT proficiency, and the ability to prioritize effectively. Knowledge of investment markets or strong Excel skills are a plus.

The candidate will support various operations and client services functions, including collateral management, trade processing, fund oversight, and client onboarding. They will assist with administration, research, analysis, and client queries, as well as contribute to project work and operational risk management.

<ul><li>The key thing to know is that your role will be broad and diverse, giving you the opportunity of first-hand experience to several different roles within the GOps and GCSO business areas. GOps and GCSO sit at the heart of everything that LGIM does, providing support across different asset classes and fund structures, working with Internal and External stakeholders including LGIM’s client base to ensure a smooth front to back workflow.</li><li>The programme is designed to give you the fundamental experience and skill set to excel in the world of investment management. Your first 2 years with LGIM will see you rotate each year through 3 different business functions within GOps and GCSO, developing your professional network and expanding on your quantitative and qualitative skills.&nbsp;There will be cohort specific training sessions in the form of online, in-person or a combination of both, to help you on your journey.&nbsp;You’ll have the opportunity to gain professional accreditation through completion of industry qualifications (i.e IOC, IMC ) and/or CFA Level 1 for some.&nbsp;Throughout your first year you will be able to make an informed decision as to which qualification suits you.&nbsp;By the time you reach the end of the programme, we hope you will have built a clearer picture of where your interests and experience can take you within both LGIM and the industry more generally.</li></ul>
