Responsibilities

  • Act as a key team member to manage the execution of the organization, verification, storage, and cataloguing of digital assets in the Content Centre (CC) DAM platform (currently using Veeva Vault), for viewing, download, localization, and reuse by AZ local markets.
  • Partner with global and regional content delivery managers and other stakeholders to organize the content in CC to meet stakeholder expectations and ongoing evolution of the processes, ensuring only relevant content is maintained in the portal.
  • Partner with global and regional content delivery managers and other stakeholders to provision new portals or update existing portals as required.
  • Ensure high quality and consistency of digital assets within the CC platform, including governance of taxonomy, metadata, and other standards, aligned with regulatory guidelines, working directly with agency partners to obtain complete and accurate files and metadata.
  • Help to maintain documentation clear SOPs, with ongoing monitoring for optimization and automation opportunities.
  • Provide support to users who need access to digital assets, including training on CC systems and troubleshooting issues.
  • Stay current on features and updates in the CC platform and actively suggest improvements and future enhancements, aligned to stakeholder inputs and overall content reuse strategy.
