What qualifications are necessary for this role?
A minimum of four (4) years of litigation experience at a large firm, in-house legal department, or federal/state government agency is required, along with a B.A./B.S. or equivalent professional experience.
Is a paralegal certificate necessary for this position?
While a paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited school is preferred, it is not mandatory.
