Can I choose my own hours?
Yes, you maintain a flexible schedule and decide how many clients you see through Headway.
What happens if I am not fully licensed?
At this time, we are unable to service mental health professionals who are not fully licensed, and your application will be rejected until you obtain a valid license.
What type of support does Headway provide to clinicians?
Headway provides billing and administrative support, marketing assistance, patient referrals, and customized support to streamline the care process.
What qualifications do I need to join Headway?
You need to have a valid NPI number, malpractice insurance, and be a fully licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at a Master's level or above.
How much can I expect to earn with Headway?
You can earn between $95-$120 an hour while working with us.
