Responsibilities

  • Process loan applications.
  • Produce loan documents
  • Answers telephone and assists customers (internal and external)
  • Secretarial duties as needed
  • Composes and directs written correspondence to various individuals, both within and outside the bank. Disperses correspondence accordingly.
  • Answers inquiries concerning indirect functions; answers, screens and routes telephone calls
  • Serve on Saturday loan processing rotation/covers Saturday schedule
  • Performs a range of operational support activities
  • Helps sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
