Responsibilities

  • Logistics Claims Management: processing returns by receiving the notification, identifying the solution, securing authorization to proceed and implementing. Resolving abnormal returns by identifying the issue and implementing the corrective action and updating the system and facilitating the credit movement of the stock.
  • Cost Management and Reporting: Reducing Logistics Claims freight costs by agreed or set targets per period. Internal and external reporting on Logistics Claims, tracking of trends and building actionable insights.
  • Customer query administration: Resolving customer queries and logistics claims and reporting report pricing issues
  • Relationship Management: Developing an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the customer and 3PL’s systems, processes, key performance indicators and ways of working in order to drive an efficient claims process.
  • Know the legal and compliance responsibilities of the position; raise questions and concerns when faced with, or you learn of, an ethical or compliance issue.
