The Graduate Programme is a 24-month development programme.
What support will I receive during the programme?
You will be provided with a structured development plan, a Graduate Development Manager for support and guidance, technical and behavioural training, and the opportunity to pursue professional qualifications.
What opportunities will I have as a Cost Management Graduate?
Cost Management Graduates will work with a variety of clients, rotate through multiple roles, gain exposure to complex projects, and drive improvements in key sectors such as infrastructure, natural resources, health & education, government, and commercial occupier.
What skills will I develop during the programme?
Graduates will develop skills in cost management services, core technical skills in quantity surveying, and have the opportunity to establish and develop a range of competencies to support successful project delivery.
Can I pursue professional qualifications during the programme?
Yes, you will have the opportunity to pursue professional qualifications with organizations such as CIPS, RICS, APM, CMI, IMEA, ICE, and CIOB depending on your technical discipline.
