Throughout the programme you will be partnered with a Graduate Development Manager who will provide support and guidance to ensure you are on track.</li><li>As well as ‘on-the-job' learning, you will benefit from technical and behavioural training, learning from peers and experienced professionals providing you with the knowledge and skills to support you in your personal development. Alongside this you will be given the opportunity to pursue professional qualifications with organisations such as CIPS, RICS, APM, CMI, IMEA, ICE and CIOB (depending on your technical discipline).</li><li>Our cost management team is at the heart of Turner &amp; Townsend’s work in transforming performance on the world’s most impactful programmes, to achieve great commercial outcomes&nbsp;and meet client objectives.</li><li>During the two-year programme, our Graduate Cost Managers&nbsp;can&nbsp;work with&nbsp;a variety of&nbsp;clients and rotate through&nbsp;multiple diverse&nbsp;roles, providing you with exposure to the most complex projects and programmes across the industry.
