Yes, you must be a fully-licensed Professional Counselor at a Master's level or above with a valid license to apply.
What types of licenses do you accept?
We accept LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, and LPCC-S licenses on a state-by-state basis.
Do I need to handle billing and insurance claims myself?
No, Headway handles billing and admin paperwork for you, allowing you to focus on your practice.
Can I conduct therapy sessions remotely?
Yes, you can see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home.
What is the expected wage for this position?
The wage ranges between $90 to $127 an hour.
Do I need malpractice insurance to work with Headway?
Yes, you are required to have malpractice insurance in order to work with us.
Is there marketing support available for my practice?
Yes, Headway provides marketing support and patient referrals to help you grow your caseload.
Can I apply if I am not fully licensed yet?
No, at this time, we are unable to service mental health professionals that are not fully licensed. Your application will be rejected until you obtain a valid license.
