What licenses are accepted to work with Headway?
We accept the following licenses on a state-by-state basis: LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S.
What is the pay range for this position?
The wage for this position ranges between $90-$127 an hour.
What does Headway do to support mental health clinicians?
Headway helps mental health clinicians by handling credentialing with insurance networks, billing, and administrative paperwork, as well as providing marketing support and patient referrals to grow your caseload.
Do I need to provide my own clients?
While you can bring your own clients to Headway, we also provide marketing support and patient referrals to help you grow your practice.
Is there a cost to use Headway's services?

What qualifications do I need to work with Headway?
You need to be a fully-licensed Professional Counselor at a master's level or above, have a valid NPI number, and carry malpractice insurance.

Yes, you have the flexibility to decide how many clients to see and can set your own schedule with Headway.
