Yes, you are required to have malpractice insurance in order to work with Headway.

Yes, you can maintain a flexible schedule and decide how many clients to see through Headway, allowing you to set the hours that work for you.
Is there a cost associated with using Headway's services?
No, Headway provides its services completely free of charge to clinicians.
Can I see patients in person or only via telehealth?
You have the option to see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home.
What is required for my application to be accepted?
You need to be a fully licensed Professional Counselor with a valid NPI number and malpractice insurance to have your application accepted.
