What qualifications are required for the Lung Physiologist position?

What types of tests will I be performing in this role?
You will be performing a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic modalities, including spirometry, lung volumes, gas exchange measures, reversibility testing, and skin prick allergy testing, among others.
Will I need to supervise others as part of this role?
The post-holder must be able to work independently to perform procedures without the need for direct supervision, but regular teaching and training of trainees and other healthcare professionals will be expected.
Is participation in service development and research required?
Yes, the post-holder must actively participate in ongoing service development, research, clinical trials, and equipment evaluation.
