Responsibilities

  • Participation in the origination and execution of diverse M&A and ECM projects in various industries
  • Carrying out company and market analyses and preparing presentation documents in the project initiation phase
  • Support in the execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A projects, IPOs, public takeovers and (pre-IPO) fundraisings across all process steps - in particular
  • Process coordination and organisation, exchange with clients and other project parties
  • Preparation of financial models and realisation of company valuations (multiples, DCF, LBO etc.)
  • Responsible for the preparation of process documents (e.g. teasers, info memos, analyst presentations)
  • Identification of potential buyers / sellers and preparation of approaches
