Responsibilities

  • Display excellent customer service skills to the team.
  • Quickly and effectively resolve customer issues.
  • Ensure highest levels of customer service are provided by staff, which will result in increased productivity.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, i.e opening cash counts, closing deposits, shift management, etc.in accordance with company policies.
  • Coach, train, motivate and lead by example in sales, application technique and image.
  • Communicate effectively with the Retail Manager, staff, the store and partners.
  • Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and staff members.
  • Track retail sales against goals using the system provided.
  • Assist as directed by the Retail Manager or Marketing Department.
  • Utilise and maintain customer database for phone calls, product launches, events and appointments.
  • Assist in the preparation and completion of accurate physical inventory cycle count as requested.
  • Follow and implement all corporate visual presentation standards and guidelines.
  • Assist in the flow of merchandise from stock areas to the selling floor in a timely and organized manner.
  • Display good time management and effectively prioritise.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the counter when the Retail Manager is not present.
  • Ensure all stock holding areas are tidy, levels are appropriate and stock is properly rotated.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Provide direction and give feedback to store management regarding staff performance.
